When can I mow my lawn after an application?

We suggest waiting about 24 hours after a treatment to mow your lawn.

How long do I wait after an application to allow my kids or pets on the lawn?

Once the products have dried, it’s safe for little ones and pets to enjoy the lawn!

How often should I expect treatments?

Typically, we recommend treatments every 4 to 6 weeks, but we’ll tailor it to your specific needs since every lawn is unique.

Why are there mushrooms on my lawn? How can I deal with them?

Mushrooms are a sign that your lawn is healthy! While we don’t treat for them, you can simply pull them up or mow as needed.

How short should I mow the grass?

Aim to leave about 3 inches of grass to help prevent insect issues and drought stress.

What about those pesky weeds?

Many weeds come from the soil and can be carried by wind and animals. Hot weather and heavy rains play a role too. We can spray them, though some tricky types may need multiple treatments.

How long of a wait for servicing?

Our trained technicians apply the right amount of product efficiently, ensuring your lawn gets the care it needs in a timely manner.

How can I address moss?

Moss loves shade and moisture! To manage it, you can rake it up and add lime to your lawn.

Getting grass to grow in shady spots?

Trimming nearby trees can help maximize sunlight and boost germination in those tricky shaded areas.

Standard Program

#1 March – April

We will start your lawn with crabgrass control and a balanced dry granular fertilizer application. We will also include broadleaf weed control where needed. This will protect your lawn against crabgrass.


#2 April – June

With this application we will apply crabgrass and broadleaf weed control along with the dry granular fertilizer your lawn needs.


#3 June – August

We will monitor the lawn for insects along with controlling the difficult summer weeds. We will also apply a slow release fertilizer.


#4 August – October

We will continue monitoring for lawn-damaging insects. We will also apply broadleaf weed controls and a balanced dry granular fertilizer.


#5 October – November

We will apply a heavy rate of dry granular fertilizer and broadleaf weed control where needed.
